Start with the episode goal

Define the question or audience need the episode should address. Search for that expertise rather than a broad job title.

Review the fit

• Read the guest's introduction and topic evidence.
• Check links, prior appearances, and current projects.
• Confirm language and whether the guest records remotely or in person.
• Use match reasons as a shortlist aid, not as proof of expertise.

Start the conversation

Open the guest's profile and choose Message. Mention the show, the proposed topic, and why this guest's experience is relevant. A short, specific message gives the recipient enough context to respond.
