Connect Google Calendar

Add Podzay meetings to your calendar and manage the connection.

Meeting links

A video meeting gets a Google Meet link once the host has connected Google Calendar. If a meeting has no link yet, the host can connect Google Calendar from the meeting card or paste a Zoom or Meet link instead.

Connect

Open calendar settings and choose Connect Google Calendar. Review Google's permission screen and approve only if the displayed Podzay connection is expected.

If an event is missing

1. Check that the Podzay meeting is Confirmed.
2. Confirm the correct Google account is connected.
3. Refresh the meeting details and calendar.
4. Reconnect the calendar if Podzay reports that authorization expired.

Disconnect

Disconnecting stops future calendar synchronization. Existing events may remain in Google Calendar and can be removed there.
