Build a credible host profile
Help prospective guests understand your show and audience.
A useful host profile answers three questions quickly: what the show covers, who listens, and what a guest should expect.
Describe the show
- Use the show name and artwork listeners already recognize.
- Explain the format, typical episode length, and interview style.
- Choose focused topic tags instead of every adjacent category.
- State whether episodes are remote, in person, live, or recorded.
Set useful expectations
Share preparation needs, recording platform, turnaround time, and any audience or distribution information you can verify. Avoid promising publication dates before a recording is confirmed.
Evidence builds trust. Add links to representative episodes so guests can hear your style before accepting a meeting.
