Write useful messages, follow activity, and recover from delivery issues.

Start with context

Explain who you are, what you are proposing, and why the other person's profile is relevant. Keep the first message short enough to read quickly.

Continue the workflow

• Answer questions in the same thread so context stays together.
• Use a meeting proposal once both sides agree to talk.
• Check unread indicators and timestamps before sending a duplicate message.
• Do not share passwords, payment card details, or identity documents in chat.

If a message does not send

Keep the composer open, check your connection, then retry. If the issue continues, copy your text before refreshing and report the problem through Support.
