Fix sign-in problems

Resolve invalid credentials, Google sign-in, verification, and missing sessions.

Check the basics

  1. Confirm you are using the email or username attached to the account.
  2. Retype the password and check Caps Lock.
  3. Use password reset if you cannot remember the password.
  4. Allow cookies for Podzay, then try again in a normal browser window.

Signing in with Google

Signed up with Google? Choose Continue with Google and pick the same Google account. Google accounts have no Podzay password, so the password form will not work for them. If you signed up with email and password, use that email on the sign-in form.

Email verification

  1. Look for the verification email from Podzay, including your spam and promotions folders.
  2. Open the link or enter the code before it expires.
  3. Still nothing? Wait 5 minutes, then request a new email from the sign-in page.
  4. Check that the email address was typed correctly when you signed up.

Signed out repeatedly

Make sure your browser is not deleting Podzay cookies when a tab closes. Privacy extensions or strict cross-site cookie settings can also interrupt sessions.

Still blocked

Email support@podzay.com or open a ticket from Support and choose Account access. Include the exact error message, browser, and approximate time. Do not include your password.
